The Center for the Arts at the Armory operates the Performance Hall, ROOTED Café, and The Lavender Room in Somerville’s historic Armory. We provide an inclusive, accessible and unique venue that creates opportunities for artists and cultural workers, brings diverse audiences together, enriches and transforms lives, and promotes the creative economy in Somerville, Greater Boston, Massachusetts and beyond. We have five signature programs, and we also rent the spaces in our venue for public and private events, including weddings, parties, conferences and meetings.
