Join our new  ImPulse Ecstatic Dance – morning dance journey to energize your Sunday. Feel the sunrise energy, Feel the pulse. Follow the impulse.

We begin with a gentle yoga warm-up to awaken the body and open the breath. From there, we ride a full ecstatic wave with DJ Luminus: building, expanding, and flowing together on the dance floor. No choreography. Just music, movement, and the shared pulse of the community Come move. Come connect. Come feel alive.

10:45 AM ~ Opening Circle & Yoga Warm-Up
11:15 AM ~ Ecstatic Dance Wave – DJ Luminus
1:00 PM ~ Closing

Our Covid & health policy: if you have any flu like symptoms or test positive for Covid please stay home. Testing for Covid before the event is encouraged, but not required. Anyone is welcome to wear a mask during the dance or use our “dance alone” wristband available at the front desk. Thank you for your cooperation .
