The Somerville Fermentation Festival brings together a community of fermented food & beverage vendors, passionate enthusiasts, and anyone curious to learn more about fermentation in a one-day celebration of the world of fermented foods.

Sample a diverse range of ferments, learn how to make your own sauerkraut, swap starter cultures with other local fermenters, and attend presentations by experts in the field.

GottaBal! Dance

Monthly DJ’d dance event! We are a diverse and inclusive community of dancers united by our love of Swing dance.

Balboa originated in Southern California in the 1930s, and it’s danced to faster tempos than Lindy Hop. You will need separate shoes for dancing. Leather or suede soles are perfect. Thanks!
