Somerville Open Studios 2025 will take place on Saturday + Sunday, May 3-4, 2024, from 12-6 pm each day, at artists’ studios and homes throughout Somerville.
The Somerville Open Studios Community Space program allows Somerville artists who are unable to exhibit in their home or work-space an opportunity to participate by exhibiting in a public space with other artists.
Many artists will be presenting their work at The Armory this year. Come visit, meet the artists and check out the art at this free city-wide event.
Not only are parking restrictions eased city-wide during the weekend, but SOS will have a trolley with a stop at Arts at the Armory.

The Boston Academy of Burlesque Education will be celebrating B.A.B.E. students past and present. Students from “Beyond Basic Burlesque”-level Burlesque: Your Way will showcase the acts they developed during the course. Come cheer them on as they share the stage alongside B.A.B.E. students who have gone on to be professional performers!
Doors at 7:30 p.m.
Show at 8:00 p.m.

Since B.A.B.E.’s founding, thousands of students have learned the intricate secrets of the Art of the Tease from some of its finest practitioners. Some B.A.B.E. alumnae have gone on to grace burlesque stages all over the world; some have stuck around and become instructors; many carry the confidence and strength they have found as a B.A.B.E. student with them for the rest of their lives.
