The Bean Tones

The Bean Tones are an acclaimed vocal jazz quartet that fuses the vocal stylings of The Four Freshmen, The Hi-Lo’s and The Beach Boys.

Consisting of Chris Peters, James Gillen, Grant Heineman, and Davin Kingston, the quartet was founded at Berklee College of Music in 2018 and had a monumental first few years on the Boston music scene thanks to their unique sound and charismatic personalities.

Notable accomplishments include their 2024 viral hit single “A Trout No Doubt” being viewed over 3 million times across social media, as a well as an appearance at a sold-out Berklee Performance Center show in 2019, and opening for the world-famous Four Freshmen at their annual convention in 2022. Above all, they love nothing more than ringing a chord and making people smile.”
