Garofalo has brought us memorable and critically acclaimed roles in “The Truth About Cats and Dogs,” “Wet Hot American Summer,” and “Ratatouille,” among others. She was a cast member of the Emmy Award-winning Ben Stiller Show and received an Emmy nomination as Paula on “The Larry Sanders Show.” 

Garofalo is also known for her work as an outspoken activist, spoken word performer, and stand-up comedian. Save the date for an evening with Janeane Garofalo as she shares her  well-informed opinions and unflinching honesty!

Garofalo will have two shows as part of Arts at the Armory’s Spotlight Series on November 13th.

Called “stunningly beautiful” (The New York City Jazz Record) and “spellbinding” (The Boston Globe), The Aardvark Jazz Orchestra will open its 53rd season with an exhilarating show called No Walls, Jazz Beyond Category. JazzTimes praised Aardvark’s “lush sonorities and a saxophonic blend worthy of Ellington’s finest reed sections,” while Jazz Podium (Germany) called Aardvark “one of the best jazz ensembles in the world.”
