Celebrate the release of Boston-based violist Amelia Hollander Ames’ world premiere recording of Philip Glass’s Songs and Poems!

This concert is alllllll about the viola. The album was the first ever made by a violist to be released on Philip Glass’s label, Orange Mountain Music. Alongside the Songs and Poems, Ames will play music by Manuel Diaz, Jessie Montgomery, Caroline Shaw, and Mazz Swift. Some surprise guest appearances as well (all on the viola, of course)!
