On Tuesday, December 1, fourteen non-profit organizations in Somerville invite you to Arts at the Armory to DANCE, EAT, DRINK, and PLAY GAMES!
We’ll have lots of fun games, delicious food, a cash bar, an amazing band and DJ, lots of dancing, and of course information about the fourteen organizations participating in #GivingTuesdaySomerville.

What is GivingTuesdaySomerville?
GivingTuesday is the first Tuesday in December (this year that’s December 1!), and it is an annual global day of giving that helps to raise funds and awareness for important causes everywhere. In Somerville, 14 nonprofit organizations are joining forces to collaborate on a second-annual joint fundraising effort as part of the international GivingTuesday program.
GivingTuesday is more than just a single-day event. Leading up to December 1, each partner organization will be featured for a week by all partners. The goal is to raise both awareness and funds in a truly collaborative effort.
We want to raise $50,000 for the participating nonprofit community of Somerville. Funds are shared equally among participants. Help us get there! #giveLocal
The effort culminates in a big fabulous celebration on GivingTuesday, and anyone who contributes to the fundraising effort is invited! This year’s event will take place at Arts at the Armory on December 1st.
