Coaching people to become happier, healthier, better versions of themselves is one of my greatest joys. I am passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals and assisting them in finding what keeps them motivated. To do this, I work in the fitness industry in a variety of ways: I am a fitness consultant and NASM certified personal trainer, and I also lead number of group exercise classes, including Zumba.
Most recently, after being nominated on Boston’s A-List, I was awarded “Boston’s Best Zumba Class” in both 2016 & 2017
My students are a dazzling mix of all ages, sizes, ethnicities, and fitness levels. All are always welcome! When we come together to sweat and dance to rhythms from around the world, it is truly magical. The energy, the passion, the smiles, the love of dance that fills the room is intoxicating!
