Join us for an evening with Sam Mendales and special guest Aaren DeGraff!
Sam Mendales is an insightful, moving and funny singer/songwriter and guitarist returning to the Cafe at Arts at the Armory for his fourth appearance after his October performance before a capacity crowd. Vocalist Aaron de Graaf will be sharing the stage again.
His songwriting topics include amorous snails, middle age love, and accountants from the Delta in Queens. He is an alum of the Boston/Northeast Ohio coffeehouse circuit, and did postgraduate work in bars and other interesting venues in New York, Austin and Brussels. His recordings have been played on KUT (Austin), WBUR, WERS and the late WCAS.
