Open Training (aka “Open Scaf”) is one of the limited times that we make our equipment and set up available to the local women’s community to have a safe, warm, and flexible space to train in the colder months of the year. Supervised by one of our coaching team who will be on hand to help answer questions and give training tips, this weekly training block is specifically geared toward regular practitioners that are looking to practice or hone specific techniques within a safe, comfortable, and positive training space with access to expert coaching.
