Caretaker/Toddler Yoga Class for ages 1-3 (walkers) at Arts at the Armory (91 Highland Ave, Somerville, MA 02143) will be on March 13th from 9:45 AM to 11 AM. We will learn child-friendly yoga poses, songs, breathing exercises and calming techniques that can be used at home. Cost is $5.00 per class (CASH OR VENMO) and is a drop-in class.
