Get yer ya yas out in during this gentle yoga flow set to folk music. Hatha yoga is designed to familiarize the student with the fundamental asanas (postures), including simple forward bends, twists, and introductory back bends as we well as basic breathing and relaxation techniques. Through careful attention to correct form, gradual introduction of new poses, and repetition of learned postures with variations, you will gain the foundation necessary for a more advanced study. In the process you will increase flexibility and strengthen your body.
Students should bring their own mats, blocks will be provided.
