Hello Boston animators and artists! We can’t believe it took 5 years to do an event with these folks, but better late than never!

Founded in 2010, Hero4Hire Creative is an award-winning, Emmy-nominated animation studio right here in the Boston area. For 10 years, Hero’s many talented artists have been keeping busy with projects for local favorites like The Red Sox and New Balance, as well as national brands like Nickelodeon, DC and Sesame Street. We’re excited to welcome a panel of current Hero4Hire team members: Associate Creative Director Kim Hui, Animation Director Dan Flynn, Senior Motion Graphic Artist Betsy DelCiampo, Art Director Adrian Garcia and Senior Producer Suzy Cosgrove. This heroic team will talk about the day-to-day of running an animation studio, working with clients big and small, and how to succeed in a collaborative studio environment. Don’t miss this inside look at a big part of Boston’s animation scene!

Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 7:30pm

Free and open to all, with a suggested donation of $5. Free parking is located behind The Armory.

This event will be held in the mezzanine, where beer, wine and snacks are available for purchase.

The mission of Arts at the Armory is to provide an inclusive and accessible venue for arts, cultural and community events, exhibitions, markets, classes and more.
