This is a program that  allows adults to gain a deeper understanding of the benefits that plants and essential oils hold. They will also be introduced to different ways of making their own products,  including herbal remedies, essential oils, soaps, and candles…etc. Participants can pick and choose, and sign up for whichever courses interest them.

**The  recommended deadline to sign up for the classes is two weeks prior to each class.**

 

Upcoming Classes:

Herbal Preps from Fresh Plants

Class Description: This summer class will be a preparation palooza, using herbs fresh from gardens and possibly some wildcrafted weeds and common plants.

Date & Time: This is a one-time class on Monday, August 28,  from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Essential Oils for Stress and Emotional Upheaval

Class Description: Join us for an hour and a half long class to learn more about transforming your emotional state naturally.

Date & Time: This is a one-time class on Saturday,  July 29,  from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

Mid Summer Nights Dream – Sleep Herbs and Cooling

Class Description: Learn about many cooling remedies, including the differences between them and a few ways to prepare or use each and work with a few together to make a sleep glyceride and a cooling after sun or sleep mist.

Date & Time: This is a one-time class on Monday,  July 24,  from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

 

Maintaining a Healthy Weight with Essential Oils

Class Description: Want to learn some simple ways of using Essential Oils and EO infused products to help support a healthy weight?

Date & Time: This is a one-time class on Saturday  July 15,  from 10:00 am to 11:30 am

 

Herbal First Aid Kit: Beyond Echinacea and Plantain Poultices

Class Description: Learn some of the basic herbal items to keep in an herbal first aid kit and how to prepare them simply.

Date & Time: This is a one-time class on Friday,  June 30,  from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
