Somerville Skillshare: Monthly Workshop Series

What is Skillshare?
Somerville Skillshare is a free monthly learning event that features classes around any innovative topic and we encourage locals to teach it. It’s a way to learn new skills, jump-start new hobbies, and meet other people with similar interests, all in a fun and informal setting.

About Skillshare
On March 2nd, 2014, nearly 800 people attended the first annual Somerville Skillshare that featured classes taught by nearly 40 local teachers. Ever since we have turned this event into a monthly series so that we can continue to showcase the unique talents of local residents.

February 2018 Skillshare:

D&D for Beginners, February 28th, 7-9PM
Ever wanted to try Dungeons & Dragons, but been unsure how to start? February’s Skillshare is designed to give you the introduction you need! Over the course of a two hour session, our instructors will lead you and a small group of fellow adventurers through a campaign specifically designed to teach the fundamentals of the game. Character sheets will be created for participants in advance and dice, paper, and pencils will be supplied, so all you’ll need bring is your imagination and sense of adventure!

Skillshare is a free program, but the size of each session is limited. Please click here to RSVP.
