Mindfulness and Holistic Living
This is a program that allows adults to lead a mindful lifestyle with a more holistic approach. Different classes will include varying types of yoga, meditation, Reiki, etc. Participants can pick and choose, and sign up for whichever courses interest them.

 

**The  recommended deadline to sign up for the classes is two weeks prior to each class.**

 

Private Classes: We also offer an option for private classes.  If you’re interested in a specific topic, don’t hesitate to reach out to education@artsatthearmory.org
