Description: Participants will read and listen to modern poetic verse, including song, in order to better understand its influence on and reflection of the world, and then begin writing images, stanzas, and dull poems.
About the Instructor: Meghan Richter is a senior Creative Writing major and multi-media artist at Lesley University, with a focus in poetry and short fiction. They have written and published non-fiction works for an online art sine, and studied psychology of creative expression. Meghan has also self-published quite a bit of music and lyrics, and enjoys creating sculptural work. Meghan also enjoys sharing expressive techniques with other artists.
