Class Description: Participants will explore the rich world of the dreams they receive while asleep. First the group will discuss what dreams are, if they mean anything, where they come from, and ways to better remember dreams. next, individuals will volunteer to share a dream they’ve had with the group, and questions from the group will invite the dreamer to recall more details. Then, dreams will be explored using drama, role play, and visual art, identifying different themes in individual’s dreams. A final discussion tying together loose ends and any remaining questions will be held before closing.
If an individual does not remember any dream, they can still participate, using daydreams or vivid memories.
