Class Description: In this workshop, we will express ourselves through movement while including various modalities. Participants will gain insight into how dances get made, where artists draw inspiration, and how to translate words and ideas into physicality. Sessions will include body percussion and voice, making sculptural pieces with the body, group names, and physical theater among other activities.
