Class Description: This workshop focuses on the ways that we are connected to others through our identities and experiences. Through interactive activities, participants identify aspects of their identity/experience. Then they “map” these characteristics as a group, creating a collaborative art project inspired by Mary Corey March’s “Identity Tapestry.”

About the Instructor: Dani Patrick is an artist and educator working to create spaces for transformative learning and personal growth. Trained as a youth educator, they love bringing groups together and facilitating deeper understanding. Dani’s interactive workshops utilize art and creative exploration as a tool for participants to explore their own experiences while building connection with others. Their youth workshops focus on identity, self-esteem, relationships and finding your voice.
