Pilates at the armory beginner mat class It is great for beginners to advanced movement practitioners. We spend approximately 45 minutes doing various exercises that will work to promote balance, strength, and flexibility to all muscle groups, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Pilates mat class is beneficial for injury, rehabilitation, pre and postnatal fitness, and managing of lower back and neck pain. Please join us on Saturday at 10:30 am. look forward to seeing you.
