This is a great class for beginners to advanced students. We will spend approximately 45 minutes doing various exercises that will work to promote balance, strength and flexibility in all muscle groups. An emphasis is always given to challenging the core muscle group with each movement. Pilates mat classes are beneficial for rehabilitation, pre and postnatal fitness and managing lower back and neck pain.
