About the Event:
There are many herbs that support the immune system and help us to stay healthy and strong throughout the cold and flu season. In this class we will discuss immune strengthening herbs that can be used to prevent illness, as well as immune stimulating herbs that can be used for acute situations. Throughout the class we will sample herbal teas, tinctures, and essential oils and discuss how and when to use each appropriately. Participants will leave with an informative handout (including useful herbal recipes) and the knowledge to create their own herbal medicine cabinet for wintertime wellness.
Admission for this course is $25, and tickets must be paid for in advance. You can purchase tickets here.
