Class Description: There is a lot of buzz about essential oils. Can they be ingested or not? What are the proper uses and safety? While there are many essential oils we would not want to ingest there are many that can be used as flavorings or home remedies if you know the proper dilution, amounts and applications. In fact, the essential oils of over fifty different plants are certified as GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) by the FDA, for oral consumption.
Each participant will take home 2-3 items we make together made of one each of these.
