Secure Your Tickets for Wesli on October 27th!

The Center for Arts at the Armory Spotlight Series Presents Wesli from Haiti via Montreal – Roots and Rara with Afrobeat and Funk

Wesli’s musical journey has gone from stringing up an oil can with nylon fishing string to winning a Canadian Juno Award for World Music Album of the Year

Join us at the Center for Arts at the Armory on October 27 to experience Wesli and celebrate Fèt Gede, Haiti’s Day of the Dead, and prepare to enjoy many other performance and art offerings this fall that celebrate Haitian art and traditions.

Thank You, Donors

Whoa — it’s only been five days and our Shed Some Light campaign has already reached its goal! The team here is nothing short of elated.  Thank you to everyone who donated online or at any event. Your support makes this lighting upgrade possible, and will benefit countless future arts and cultural events.

If you hadn’t donated yet… the campaign is still open!  Even though we’ve reached the goal, more money would let us do even more lighting improvements.  Click here to help out.

We reached our goal - shed some light

You Can Help Brighten Things Up Around Here

lighting fundraiser

A local lighting expert is volunteering his time and some equipment for lighting improvements for the Hall and the cafe in early 2017, but we need your help to take advantage of his offer. We need to raise $1500 for electrical work and some additional supplies. Make your donations here or in one of the donation jars in the cafe by December 31st to make our future a little brighter!
